Top notch all-around. Price was reasonable, they got in and out quickly, cleaned things up well, and their communication was great. Replaced the entire metal roof on my garage, and also did some interior carpentry. This was to repair it after a tree fell on the roof. Irvin was very responsive in getting us the estimate, and Stanley and his crew were very professional. Highly recommend.

Our roof had many layers on it and we were picking shingles out of our yard every spring and after every wind storm. It took a 2-3 man crew just a week to remove and replaced our damaged roof with new steel roofing. We also had soffit and gutters installed. They showed up at 8:30 am everyday and put more than a fulls days work in each day. We are very happy with the results, it looks great!

Northern States just finished my roof today. From my first contact with Irvin to now has been a pleasure. I received a quote quickly and all my concerns were answered. They were able to come sooner than I expected and were very professional with the entire installation. The cleanup during and after was all I could ask for. All the employees were polite and knew their business. My roof is about 2400 square feet, with a tall two story hip style and four porches. They completed the roof in three days. Very pleased with our new standing seam metal roof. Irvin showed up to give us an estimate the same day we called to inquire. Him and his team are a group of hard-workers that competed our roof in just 5 days! That included removing the shingles, replacing sheeting and installing the metal. These guys have a solid system down to get the job done fast. They cleaned up the debris and left us very satisfied. We are happy we chose northern states! Would highly recommend them!
